İlk 3D seri üretime sahip olacak elektrikli araba LSEV, 2019’da piyasada

3D teknoloji üreten Polymaker ve İtalyan araç üreticisi XEV ortaklığında konsept olarak çalışılan elektrikli araba LSEV, 2019 yılında seri üretime geçiyor. Sadece 450 kg olacak araçta klasik yöntemlerden farklı olarak 2000 yerine 57 plastik parça bulunuyor ve maliyeti de yüzde 70 düşürülmüş oldu

3D baskı malzemeleri geliştiren Polymaker ve İtalyan otomobil üreticisi XEV tarafından yapılan açıklamada 3D printer ile seri üretimi yapılabilecek bir elektrikli araba modeli duyuruldu.

LSEV ismi verilen arabanın tüm plastik parçaları 3D teknolojiyle üretildi. Konsept olarak başlatılan proje araba henüz seri üretim başlamadan 7000 sipariş aldı bile. 

İtalya’nın posta hizmetleri servisi Poste Italiane ilk etapta 5 bin sipariş sözü verirken geri kalan 2 bin sipariş ise bir araç leasing firması olan ARVAL’dan geldi.

3 GÜNDE ÜRETİLEBİLECEK, AĞIRLIĞI YARIM TONDAN AZ

XEV tarafından yapılan açıklamada Polymaker malzemeleri ve 3D yazıcı teknolojisi sayesinde arabalarda kullanılan 2 binin üzerindeki plastik parça sayısı 57 adede düşürüldü. Böylelikle benzer boyuttaki diğer arabaların 1 tonu aşan ağırlığı da yarıdan fazla düşürüldü. LSEV sadece 450 kg ağırlığında.

LSEV aracındaki geleneksel teknolojiye sahip olan unsurlar sadece şasi, koltuklar ve cam olurken maliyet de yüzde 70 oranında inmiş oldu. Geleneksel otomotiv endüstrisinde 5 yıla dek çıkabilen tasarım süreci de 1 yılda tamamlandı.

İki firmanın yaptığı açıklamada 57 plastik parçanın üretiminin sadece 3 gün aldığı ve İtalyan XEV şirketinin kullandığı 3D baskı sisteminin günde 25 kg malzeme üretebildiği belirtiliyor.

XEV CEO’su Stanley Lu, 3D yazıcı teknolojisinin süreçler için büyük kolaylık sağladığını söylerken şu açıklamalarda bulundu.

Polymaker kurucusu ve CEO’su Dr. Luo Xiaofan ise XEV’in ilk gerçek 3D teknolojiyle seri üretimi olduğunun üzerinde durdu. Benzer teknolojiyi kullanan birçok şirket olduğunu söyleyen Xiaofan boyut ve yoğunluk açısından XEV’in karşılaştırılamaz olduğuna dikkati çekti. 

LSEV sadece 7500 dolar fiyata sahip ancak şimdilik maksimum hızı saatte 70 km ve tek şarjla 150 km gidebilecek. 2019 yılının ikinci yılında LSEV aracının ilk seri üretimine başlanacağı açıklandı.
