Technically vsmp spoilers if you haven't seen the final ep
What if years (like 80 yeard AT LEAST) after Scott, Shelby, Drift, and Sausage leave Oakhurst, they introduced Scott into art. While he was already aware of it, especially with writing due to Sausage and Shubble, he just never considered that he himself would want to do it.
They get him some paper and a pencil and start teaching him. At first, he hates it because he's no good, how can a vampire centuries old not be good at something as simple as art? But God's does he pick it up quick. Before they know it, he's collecting paints and papers and painting the things around him. He figures out he can sell the stuff for pretty good, and he doesn't care about the time it takes because he has all the time in the world.
And one day, as he's awake far into the night, he's mindlessly sketching, just a simple habit he picked up. He drew a face. While he'd drawn humans and vampires before, he didn't favor it much due to the small details that differed so easily. But as he stares at this face, he realizes...
Oh god...
He drew Avid.
For the next forever, he spends hours drawing his lost love, trying to remember everything about him. The way his hair sat, his smile, the dimple that was on the left side... or was it the right? The fact that he always turned over his right side to look at Scott. But none of it was correct... he just can't draw Avid the way he remembered. Everyone around says it's literally perfect. it could've been a photo. But he knows it's not. It's not Avid.
Plus some art I drew that inspired this headcan
