And you should too. 💋 __ I've spent too many years giving others power over my identity. For example, when I found out I was pregnant with my oldest, I was concerned that people would see me as a statistic so I enrolled in college and grabbed the first career that made money (IT) instead of pursuing my passion, which has always been fashion and modeling. __ When I had my second child by another man, I was concerned about how others viewed me as a mother of two, living with a man, and unwed. I stayed even though he started cheating. __ When I had my son, I was concerned that others viewed me as a slut for having three kids by three different men and was diagnosed as a herpes carrier. __ My entire life including my career, education, men I've dated, and appearance I have not only listened to but became their narrative. Not any more. I am LaToya Dawn. A proud mother of three beautiful children. A beautiful soul with a love for technology. I still have issues with appearance because I will not wear the same thing twice in public due to fear of bumping into someone that saw me a week prior. Baby steps, right. Regardless, I own who I am and I'm not letting anyone take it away from me again. . . . . . #somethingsabouther #wontwearthesamethingtwice #fashiondesigners #loveyourlife❤️ #loveyourbeing #loveyourself #selfhealing #meditatewithme #Azblogger #phxblogger #phoenixarizona #youareloved #phoenixblogger #checkingin #livingwithherpes #lovingmyjourney #fashiongirlslikeus (at Avondale, Arizona) https://www.instagram.com/p/Bx3ie2NHw9x/?igshid=6wxss586nts8
