If you check the Dyno dashboard, you wanna check the modules first and make sure you have “action logs” ticked. Below Enabled Modules is the Action Log page itself, tick “Role Given” and make a channel in your server only visible to you (and your admin team) called “logs.” Below on the Actions Log page you’ll see a drop down menu for Log Channel, select “logs”, the channel you just made. When a user enters the server and/or gains a role, Dyno will now record and log it into the channel.

I use this in conjunction with an automated system of processing members, another bot, Unbelievaboat, who has an “agree” feature for incoming users. You can set up the welcome message and have the user type agree in order to gain the auto-role it gives once they send the message. Before there was no way to see if the person was actually granted the role because the “agree” message would be automatically deleted as per coding.
