🔧 - Funds were hard to come by for him, so there was no way he could get Mikan a present she really deserved, but he'd given his own hand at giving her some stuff anyways. He'd made an effort over these past few months to gather any broken medical equipment he could find; repairing it to full functionality. It’s a bit of a heavy box, with all the stuff he’d jam-packed in there.

“Sorry none of this is wrapped or anything...” he muttered, diverting his gaze away from her quickly. “I got so wrapped up in putting all of it together that I forgot to actually buy that...” 

Wow - was that supposed to be a joke? He could have at least sold that better.

Mikan did not go quietly at all. She 100% killed as many people as she could, screaming at them the entire way.

how strange. it’s almost like she heard a voice there.

"Of course!”

The affirmative answer was given immediately, a nod further confirming the truth in the princess’s words as she beamed at the nurse before her. It was obvious, even to the sheltered blond, that life hadn’t been kind to Mikan... and so it was her duty to ensure a positive change in direction, even if the nurse wasn’t a subject of hers technically. Sonia was quick to gently encircle the shoulders of the auberginette with one of her arms, though she’d withdraw the touch if such seemed unwelcome. Assuming the touch was permitted, she guided the other into walking with her as she continued to speak, her tone conversational and cordial.

“As a matter of fact, your eyes remind me of the Russian lavender that grows along the Northern border of Novoselic--though it’s technically neither lavender nor Russian, if you’d believe it!”

paws poke together as she makes her way towards the nurse. her feets making little pitter-patter sounds as they move across the ground. “tsumiki-san.” her squeaky voice speaks out to catch her attention. hoping that she didn’t scare the student. “i was wondering... if you are having any problems during our school trip. i want to let you know that you can come talk to me anytime. i’m a very good listener and won’t judge.”
