Wandering around the Emerald Graves with Cassandra and Varric, and she says to him she is surprised that he didn’t join Hawke at Weishaupt (I’m not, as a non-Warden I’d stay far away from their homebase -- even Riordan said the Anders Wardens were odd.)  He mentions in conversation that eventually he’ll go, once things are settled for the Inquisition.  When they ask about Anders (!) he says that if Justice hasn’t driven him insane by then, there’s nothing anyone can do to keep him from her side, and says the same for Bethany -- that Hawke would rather they all stay safe, but they won’t let her go alone.
