Go to the first link shared by LTHQ.

If the website save your account it will show like this (if it not add again your email refresh the website and do the steps now):

Click on edit profile. Then click on the three dots of your browser.

and it will show you either of this options:

Select Add to Home screen or Install app. It will show you this:

Select Install. And at the end on your phone the app will appear like this:
