I have been playing this game a bit recently.
I won't say too much, it is a standard fighter. Good art, nothing that really makes it stand out. (Sorry for the mix of screen grabs and in game shots)
When i was trying to find more about the game, as you do, I found that it was actually cancelled
I was going to post about it because a bunch of games got ported from the Atomiswave arcade hardware to Dreamcast.
A lot of them never got home ports and have been largely forgotten.

Games That Weren't has been running for a quarter of a century this year, which is not only staggering, but also a bit scary if I'm honest.
Great write up about the 25th anniversary of Games That Weren't and a few of their big finds over the years.
I loved the preview of Spellcast on the C64 and aways wondered what happened to it (Sadly nothing beyond that demo)
And all the pixel art for Deadlock just looked amazing
With the upcoming switch release I've been looking into Tomb Raider a little bit.
