Queen Zelda pressed her lips together, letting out a breath before turning to Princess Hilda, her gaze severe as it usually was. “Yes,” she replied simply, grey eyes sweeping over the other woman before returning to Hilda’s face. “I always will.” Evening was settling over Hyrule now, that dusk that tinted the sky with pink, purple, and horrifyingly familiar amber. Sunset was the long held breath for Hyrule, in case -- just in case. The golden light that had splashed through the windowpane now lay at their feet in spent orange, the dim shadows of the two women stretching long across the floor. When Zelda spoke again, her voice was serious, her gaze sharp. “But. Grief is not all there is.”

Alright alright I think we got some options here-
1. Funky Kong and Hilda. Sympathetic to the plight of Lorule the interdimensional single-milf-hunting monkey offers assistance to the dark princess. Through his powers he takes her to DK Island in search of a Golden Banana. While not quite as powerful as a triforce, it should provide life and light to the kingdom and keep it from falling into total ruin. Hilda will have to learn rope swinging and barrel blasting techniques in order to reach her prize. Will she handle it? Or will she totally wipe out?
2. Raina and Hilda encounter again. Maybe plot has it that the inn she was working at gets destroyed as the downfall of Lorule continues and she’s taken shelter at the castle and providing assistance to the princess. Both material and emotional. This isn’t really a plot but I feel like it could build into something.
In a similar vein...
3. Eira and Hilda? Royal Knight Captain? I’m gonna be real things are a bit limited with her portrayal in canon unless you whip up some verses but Eira is built to assist royalty in pursuit of making a name for herself in kind. She could be involved with finding a way to save the kingdom or make her way to Hyrule in order to further her ambitions. Something something!
4. (Bonus!) Something with Hilda and Tenzou. I swear there’s possibility there as well.

Haha imagine if Samus actually vented her negative feelings in a positive way that lead to her emotionally recovering from events in a normal way. Imagine if she didn’t bottle everything the fuck up and just kept getting new bottles instead of emptying things out like a healthy individual. Wouldn’t that be great? Instead she suppresses it or rationalizes the negative things that happen to her and rearranges them into something to carry, another weight to bear.
This happens a lot with her survivor’s guilt!! And when she has to execute people who used to be her friends! Outside of allowing herself a cry she doesn’t ever really talk to anyone about it. The things she’s been through and that haunt her are her burden, and troubling others... well, first requires friendship, and is a trifle she wouldn’t want to saddle them with. Oh well!
Eira is also the type to bottle up her depression and sadness, except the difference between her and Samus is she takes that bottle home and breaks it wide open and just vents to an empty room. Screams or cries into her pillow and just lets it all go until she’s exhausted or can’t do it anymore. She’s also far more willing to talk to others about it, but it’s still rare to do.

6: Eating habits and sample daily menu?
It could be presumed that she eats very well given her home at the inn and how much they cook for the guests and the extravagant meals that have been provided in the past for the vip clients... of which they are frequent as tends to happen when your family is Yakuza. That said, Raina eats a lot more simply than most and prefers light meals. Not that she worries about her weight (even if she minds it) but she simply prefers as such. No heavy fats or fried food. She likes rice dishes and salads with mostly fish for protein.
Breakfast is typically made with eggs and eaten after her daily rituals are completed while watching television or reading a book. Lunch is a sandwich and dinner is a rice dish.
22: Given a blank piece of paper, a pencil, and nothing to do, what would happen?
She would write a letter! To absolutely no one in particular unless some event had recently transpired that puts a specific person in her mind. The letter would consist of things she had wanted to say, however simple they may have been. Things she noticed and well wishes for their days to continue well and trouble free. Maybe it’d be a letter to a guest she had briefly spoken to and been interrupted, or to someone she met or saw at the store and assisted with.
She would keep these letters with her, a little collection of meandering thoughts to reflect on later and laugh about depending on the circumstance. It’s a way to remember happy memories and sometimes too the somber ones.
31: Most prized possession?
Pass on this one! Because... I can’t think of anything right now. Stay tuned? Likely a piece of jewelry or a decoration in her room that was gifted to her. But I have no stories in mind to accompany them yet.
33: Concept of home and family?
Shouldn’t come as any surprise that both of these revolve around her family at the inn that her mother runs. This doesn’t just include her blood (which consists of parents and siblings) but also the other Yakuza members that she has befriended. She gets preferential treatment as a daughter of the family, but actively discourages the behavior.
Family is anyone that you care about on a day to day basis, who you enjoy to run into and who you will always open your doors to in a time of need. Suffice to say that many of her friends end up falling into this category. Home, then, is any place you can share with these people.
