Once it was a pretty popular market location. But in early 3000-s, the disaster started to creep in. By 3012, the sky above the city is fully covered in red smog. It's coming from above and accumulates over the valley...
Somehow, people are still not sure what the source of the smog is. Therefore, finally the anomaly experts from NSOiN are required to come check it out.
