You know, I’m super curious as to how exactly changelings work?
Like outside of having a familiar they are just straight up normal trolls right? Because Strickler said without his familiar he’ll be stuck in his troll form. How would you then tell that he was a changeling?
Also are all familiars children? Because then Strickler would have had to have his familiar for a long time to look the age he does now, do the familiars age or are they just infants? and what happens when they are freed from the darklands, do they gain their age? If they don’t what will happen to all those babies? and If they aren’t all children do they remember anything or are they just missing years of their lives?
Is what was done to the Trolls actually tied to the familiar or is it tied to Gunmar? and if so how did he tie these humans to trolls?
