The basis of its design has served the theme of Tzeentch, one of the four Gods of Chaos (Warhammer 40,000). Initially, the project involved stamping and painting, but in the process of working on the sketch we thought that it would be nice to use the inlay (we just recently tested the method with resin inlay) and volume stamping. And we succeeded implement this idea, using the features of this picture. We made the eyes of the epoxy, and the volume embossing used on the eyelids and “platform”, giving some effect 3D 🙂 Inside, everything is functional: rings and replaceable unit of sheets. So you may have been wondering where i have been the past few days. Im holding the answer tight here here in my hands. I just finished painting the last details, this has been one big labour of love through and through. I dont even play chaos, but when i saw Duncan Rhodes' painting video i was just hit with a moment of pure inspiration. So i went down to my local store and got one. I then spent the last 8 days building and painting him up. I love this model, all of it.
