i don't do this with a lot of apps, but the Loop Habit Tracker is so much worth talking about.
Sure, you can track your habits (boring) or symptoms (meh), but it can also help track when you took your meds.
I was looking for an app (thanks @jemmalaine for hinting to bearable, which wasn't the right thing for me, but i still am thankful) to track not only wether i have taken my meds but at what time i did so.
I started doing it in my bullet journal, which is awesome but sometimes comes in unhandy due to the journal being paper and my kitchen dirty.
Then i looked at what tools i already have, and Loop has been on my phone since 2019. I track wether i took my meds with a widget on my home screen. It's one tap. Seriously, it does not get easier than that. But wait, there's more. It can track things in "measurable" manner, which i was never that interested in until now. But it is actually so good?
I put in the name and a reminder and the measurement "Uhr" ("time") and now i have a steady overview on my med times! :O
Look!
Hoenstly, this is the best app among all apps. No ads. Dark mode. Widgets. Widgets! Customizable in colors and you can even use emojis as the "tasks" name! The reminders can be set to specific days, not just daily and weekly, but actually on whatever days you want them! (Reminder overwhelm, anyone?)
Seriously. If you have a phone and a life, go check it out. It is so much worth it.
Create good habits and track their progress over time
