Loop 360 and the Pennybacker Bridge by Mark Stevens Via Flickr: From a bluff overlooking the bridge and Loop 360. When I first took this photo, it had a rather blah feel to the original. Having played around with CEP, I decided to go through some of my older shots and see what I could do. With a Low Key and then Tonal Contrast CEP filter, I was able to bring out rich details and a better color balance of this photo.
