So I'm a huge advocate for using coconut oil in hair and I use it at night on my lashes to help them grow and stay strong WELL I JUST PUT MY MASSCAR BRUSH IN SOME COCNUT OIL AND PUT MY MASCARA ON AMD HOLY COW MY LASHES LOOK FUCKING AMAZING

Not only that but having the coconut oil on with the mascara will help protect them, keep them healthier and make it easier to wash the mascara off!

Heres how to get longer, stronger, thicker eyelashes. 

1. Rub castor oil onto the roots of your eyelashes once a day (be sure to thoroughly clean your eyelids beforehand in order to remove dirt and bacteria and only apply a small amount of castor oil to minimize pore clogging). Castor oil is full of vitamin E, which helps the hair, skin, and nails stay healthy.  2. Eat foods that have plenty of omega 3s and Vitamin B12 such as eggs, fish, seafoods, and dairy.

3. Minimize your use of mascara. The formula of your mascara may be causing your lashes to become brittle, and the clogging of the hair follicles can inhibit lash growth. 

4. Take a vitamin E supplements or eat foods that are rich in vitamin E such as seeds, leafy greens, papayas, and olives. Vitamin E is super good for hair growth. 

5. Cut back on the false lashes. Glue can clog the lash hair follicles and inhibit growth, and the weight of wearing falsies alone can cause weakness and breakage.
