I had a LOT of tracks that I love and that were over 6 minutes long, so I decided to do 1 per artist and generally take the longest song from the absolute faves.

sometimes I make songs and they are perfectly normal and good to play in a quiet setting and whatevs but other times a make things like this that would not play on an album and need deep quiet internet time to process. thats a bigass sentence (damn she thick) i guess i’m working on two albums slowly via soundcloud

"Siberian Breaks", the longest and most ambitious track from MGMT's second album "Congratulations". (this is a great piece of work). A twelve-minute-long song that has more chord changes that I could have ever thought in a pop/rock arrangement. And yes, I also love "Paranoid Android" by Radiohead. But I really admire MGMT's level of ambition. At (6:08) it becomes the perfect song but you need to listen to the whole thing to gradually fall onto their magic, if that makes any sense.
