How/when do you think Red and Surge will realize they're fated to be with Silver and Sabrina?

As for Surge, there are no set plans as of yet, so I couldn’t tell you when or how it might happen. Surge deeply respects Sabrina, and the foundations are certainly set for a different kind of relationship. But I really think he’ll need a push in that direction — and rather than it being him getting her out of trouble, I think Sabrina actually having his back and getting him out of a tight spot will be the tipping point. Knowing that he has an ally and a friend who’s willing to stick her neck out for him is very important, after all. c: ))

He doesn't feel any real reason to battle, and since Team Rocket is all about breaking the rules, he has a convenient excuse to ignore challenges.With that said, though, there have to be stakes. If his life is at risk and the only way out is to fight, he will, but with the express purpose of escaping danger. If a friend's life is at risk, he'll go all-out, and it doesn't even matter if fighting is the only option: it just so happens to be the fastest when you have an electric type on-hand at virtually all times. Oh, and if you actually go and hurt people he cares about. Then you're toast. ))
