Percy was shocked when he saw Luke in Elysium, considering he had always thought that Luke had chosen to be reborn, obviously not. Something stopped Percy though from running up to Luke andĀ embracingĀ him, or calling out his name to get his attention immediately. It might have been the fact that the son of Hermes was as young and fit as he had been when they first met, or that Percy had aged considerably but either way, Percy was nervous that the young and handsome demigod wouldnāt accept him or would even shun him, so he hung back. What Percy was unaware of was that Luke had had been waiting in Elysium for Percy for years because he wanted nothing more than to hold to hold the son of Poseidon in his arms again.
