NOTE TO SELF: I couldn't eat that salmon because of the smell. Nothing on that plate was any good, but the meal ranks up a few notches because of that apricot custard dessert that looks like it has a cured egg on top of it. That was fantastic. If I had it to do over again, I would have skipped the entree and just gotten a full plate of those.
