Last weekend, I got two visit the old Spode factory. I am really looking forward to the redevelopment of the site, I can't wait to see what it brings to the town. There are so many creative artists who are currently taking up residence and more plan to move in soon. This site is absolutely huge and it reminded me of the old aircraft hangars from when I lived in Warrington. I can't imagine how much pottery was produced here at one point. A factory has stood on this site for over nealy 250 years.
