With help from The Wildcrafting Brewer by Pascal Buadur, I’m hoping to turn some of this years first honey harvest into a batch of mead made from the local land to be used for ritual celebrations, offerings, and the like.

Not long ago, we at Lunds & Byerlys decided to partner with Enki to develop a line of beers to drink with friends and family. After lots of discussion, lots of tastings and expert advice from our brew partner, here's our first offering. Our Cheery IPA is a classic English-style India pale ale, generously hopped yet balanced with a hearty malt backbone. We add just enough dark cherries to give this beer a reddish hue and touch of cherry taste to the finish. Brewed for celebrating, we’re sure you’ll agree it’s worth buying for more than just the cool can.

Bent Paddle Hop Forest Double IPA Brewed with a substantial percentage of rye in the mash, this beer provides full hop coverage with a tremendous load of citrus and piney hop aromatics.
