“Hello, sugar... You excited for the surprise, doll?”

He didn’t give her a chance to answer before he was kissing and biting at her neck, shifting her so she was straddling his lap, hips already rutting upward against hers. His dual tails waved in excited circles, claws teasing her skin with a foreign gentleness that he typically would never give her. Roc traced her sides like she was a delicate masterpiece in the process of being sculpted, purring deeply in her ear as if the noise was meant to keep her eased under his spell.

Now, I'm not going to talk about the ship's validation or whatever, I don't care whether you like it or not, I'm here to talk about "why dsp decided to throw the pitiful shrimp into his hands".

Well, when I see Lobco And Roc, my mind makes a beeline To Cherryblod and Doloz.

Think about it: they're the only two sea creature x Demon pair, and APPARENTLY the first are Lobco's parents.

Cherryblod was once a "bad boy", and cooled down when (possibly) meeting Doloz. We're not sure how they met, nor how their relationship developed. For all we know they could've been involved in some Stockholm syndrome tale.

What I'm trying to say is: this pairing is meant to be a loop-- for Lobco mostly. It's possible that their relationship may get better (yay for no shrimp abuse! ;7;) Roc may not be much of a jerk in the future (there WAS a drawing with Lobco being happy around him...somehow).

But that's just a theory.
