i’ve been with my bf for 2 and a half years and since the moment i saw him i felt he was the one and our relationship is so good most of the times but now i kinda feel our energy shifted a bit && he wants to go study abroad for a year and im kinda scared

I don't wanna be the one who gives the "bad news" but.. no. it’s not all in your head. The energy HAS shifted. But it’s not breaking you,, more like its forcing a change.

What's happening now ??

Reversed hermit & 5 cups & 8 of cups. These are telling me that youre avoiding the real talk. Pretending everything's fine cause you’re scared of the answer. 5 cups says that you’re mourning a version of this relationship already,, even before he leaves. Part of you wants to walk away before you get hurt. & thats the fear talking.

And what he feels ?

The sun, page of swords & 7 swords says that he genuinely loves you. You’re his light, his good person in his life. He’s being clumsy with his words, maybe not reassuring you enough 🤷🏻‍♀️ 7 of swords tells me he’s hiding some doubt too. Not about you but kinda about him. Like "can i handle long distance? Will i ever change there ??" He won’t say it out loud to you tho.

Oh & the real shift.

The hanged man, fhe world & 4 of pentacles. It gives a perspective flip. He goes, you stay, & everythings viewed from a new angle. The world says that this year will close one chapter and open another. Dosent always mean "end", it means transformation here. 4 of pentacles says that he’s scared of losing you, so he might cling, get possessive, or shut down to protect himself. 9 of pentacles says that you'll become more independent. That’s good but it’ll change the dynamic with it. Queen of swords indicates that you’ll start seeing things clearly. Less fantasy & more truth. The devil indicates the risk here isn’t distance. But it might be TEMPTATION. Either his, yours, or just the temptation to give up cuz its difficult.

If you both stay honest and keep communicating, this dosent ruin it.. but there's a huge chance that it'll test your relationship HARSH. And tests make it stronger or expose cracks that were already there. If you pretend its fine and don’t talk about the fear the devil will win. Resentment, jealousy & coldness.

This wont be an end if you communicate and don't give into the temptations. Set real expectations & build your own life too while "waiting". You gotta be the queen of swords here.

The sun tells me that this isn't the end. It’s a turning point like I said. If you handle it right, you come back stronger, clearer,, and sure hes still the one. If you don’t, you’ll know too. And that’s okay.🤍
