LMNZ is back â although he never left. For a long time he was involved in other artistsâ projects, more than 700 workshops in political education and countless live shows around the world â but now itâs time for his new solo project. By tradition of his debut âWorldwide Rapâ, his vision was mammoth, of course: The âElements Seriesâ consists of four EPs :âAirâ, âWaterâ, âFireâ and âEarthâ. Four EPs, four (HipHop) elements, the artists name: four letters â and last but not least four seasons â each of them with one record to be released. Each album is dedicated to its element. In the âElementsâ series LMNZ pulls all artistic strings as well: in addition to lyrics and vocals, he is responsible for sound and video works as well as the arrangement of the songs. For the first time in his artistic career, the musical all-rounder mainly wanted to be inspired by beats and riddims of other producers. On âAirâ,first release of the series, the instrumentals are produced in equal shares by Eh Behaart A. Gauland and Kronstädta. Sometimes the main actor himself played instruments or composed his own passages to the songs. For the first time LMNZ raps a whole release series in English only â logical progress in the creative work of âMr. Internationalâ. The first single is a sound-wise airy, yet epic anthem about the human mind, creativity and the power of ideas: âMy good mind â I love it and Iâm thankful for this gift, Iâm âa use it to uplift all your good minds my people, letâs use it to create, câmon letâs make a change!â. Having invited three of the most creative brains from all around the globe, LMNZ matches the content of his song by choosing Masta Ace, Flo Mega and DJ Robert Smith as his musical companions. Anyone looking for unadapted sound and mature, clever and critical content beyond the mainstream will be well served with this EP. âAirâ makes curious on the following three EPs, which will come out every three months on vinyl and digitally.
