I was thinking about DKC and how he could act in Mac's Canon Place, because he is a completely different guy, then I thought, 'wait, I doubt he would reveal he works for the Queen of the Diyu just like that - unless he thought it was funny or in the vein of the 90s Superman cartoon joke where Clark admits to Lois he's Superman - even during the S3 finale, so when does he reveal it? During S4 Finale? When Mac goes to the Celestial Realm to get the cubs back?'

You right the mayor wouldn't keep quite and Macaque knows that better then any one. He keeps Shi Zhang (the mayor) on a very very short leash.
As for DKC, he's definitely a wild card and probably not as tackful as Macaque. He would probably reveal it at the end of season 3, after LBDs defeat just to poke at Wukong's nerves or something.
Macaque would deman DKC to help them deal with LBD since she got a bit out of control. So he'd be in Macaque's canon spot at the end, kinda celebrating with the group and when he leaves;
Wukong: and where do you think you're going!?!
DKC: back to my beautiful master~ such a shame you ever let him slip away *laughs maniacally as he leaves.*
That sticks with Wukong but he's not truly sure till Azure confirms it.
