Liu'er Yue
So I'm trying my hand at drawing and i decided to draw Macaque's daughter Yue~ she's one of my favorite oc's so far. Her main fur color is orange while she has white ends. This is the outfit she wears after reuniting with Macaque in QOTD.

so i do want do make sketches of how characters will look for the QOTD AU, they may not be great but im gonna try my best so keep on the look out. Im also gonna try and do a colored version of Macaque's sketch.
So how did Macaque help with the Samadhi Fire? What'd he do that Red Son was able to keep it in check?
im going to be using Rakshasi for this, that was Red Son's original fire teacher and how he cultivated the Samadhi fire. It's Rakshasi that helps Red Son keep his fire under control.

I was thinking about DKC and how he could act in Mac's Canon Place, because he is a completely different guy, then I thought, 'wait, I doubt he would reveal he works for the Queen of the Diyu just like that - unless he thought it was funny or in the vein of the 90s Superman cartoon joke where Clark admits to Lois he's Superman - even during the S3 finale, so when does he reveal it? During S4 Finale? When Mac goes to the Celestial Realm to get the cubs back?'
'That does beg the question, why would the Not-Mayor keep quiet about where likelier DKC's loyalties, however flimsy they might be, truly lie.'

You right the mayor wouldn't keep quite and Macaque knows that better then any one. He keeps Shi Zhang (the mayor) on a very very short leash.
As for DKC, he's definitely a wild card and probably not as tackful as Macaque. He would probably reveal it at the end of season 3, after LBDs defeat just to poke at Wukong's nerves or something.
Macaque would deman DKC to help them deal with LBD since she got a bit out of control. So he'd be in Macaque's canon spot at the end, kinda celebrating with the group and when he leaves;
Wukong: and where do you think you're going!?!
DKC: back to my beautiful master~ such a shame you ever let him slip away *laughs maniacally as he leaves.*
That sticks with Wukong but he's not truly sure till Azure confirms it.

Y'know, I really doubt Macaque liked the idea of LBD possessing a child. Can't imagine that talk went over well. LBD probs needed a minute to think up an excuse that doesn't result in her perma-death sooner. Would be funny if she ended with a strict bedtime for that stunt.
Macaque is very protective of kids so when he found out LBD possessed the little girl he was definitely irritated. He made her promise that she wouldn't get hurt and constantly tries to guilt trip for using a kid.......she just gets annoyed.

...add in that Macaque has kids he is seperated from and they probably would be working with him, if not revenge reasons then to get the kids back, because they are of the macaque clan...even if gramps is gone, somebody else is probs ruling, and them seeing that one of their own now rules the Diyu? I see worship incoming...
Ok so for the aura i probably should have thrown in there that humans can't sense it, Macaque's theater group is mostly human. The manager of the theater is a demon but she's on good terms with Macaque and although she has sensed the aura she finds it not her business to question it. The head costume designer is a siren and can only kinda sense it and she just chalks it up to him being super strong.
The Macaque kingdom has gone into hiding since the brotherhood took on the celestial kingdom and Wukong killed Macaque. He also didn't leave his family on good terms, they were all against him leaving and being with Wukong. Macaque's family believes he's dead while Macaque is scared to face them again. Macaque's grandfather is alive but struggling, Macaque's mother (Kaili) does most of the work for him.
y'know we now know what happened with the twins but what happened to the generals? the ones mac told to babysit for a bit? i'm curious about what happened with them.
They were kind normal demon monkey's, not really crazy immortal like wukong so they are dead. Not many survived Erlang burning down the mountain.
Macaque probably has a lot of power now with his new position, even if he isn't wearing any obvious Diyu Ruler Regalia...if he's appearing in front of SWK, how is it that SWK hasn't noticed it? Is Mac hiding it that good, or is SWK THAT distracted when Macaque appears?
Macaque certainly tries to keep it hidden but there are things that give him away like his body temperature. his aura is also hard to contain and often leaves others with an uneasy feeling. To the other's, they can tell Macaque is stronger then their letting on but Wukong easily gets distracted by his appearance. He does try to pretend it doesn't get to him or fight it but he struggles.
Wukong is a simp and he never knew how weak his will was....till now.

Mei and Pigsy have been tempted several times but they are alway held back. Pigsy gets held back by Mk and Tang while Mei is held back by Sandy and Mk.

during the amnesia episode i wonder what would happen if macaque went to tease(check on) wukong while he has amnesia?
Thanks to season 4s little glimpse into their past i doubt Wukong would be happy to see him. Since they had their fight before the journey, he would still be mad at him. Although i think the way Macaque looks would definitely break him.
Wukong: *raises his stick towards a shadow* i said i never wanted to see your face again!
Macaque: *look amused and comes out of the shadow* you're gonna need a better weapon then that puny stick.
Wukong: *about to argue when he sees how macaque looks* i-i......um....y-you....uh

Soooo, since Azure died, did his soul also, like, dissipate or did it go to Diyu, but in a very damaged state?
I really like the idea of Azure dissapating and his soul holding the world together while there's no replacement Jade Emperor.
I don't remember who came up with the idea but my wife told me about it and i like it (other then that we are both in denial azure died hahahahahaha😅)
