As a #fatyogi and teacher in training @yogacampus, it just spurs me to work harder and spread the message that yoga is for all. 🙏🙏🙏 My fellow trainees have asked me to organise a session on inclusive practice and how to teach to every body, which does speak to a few things around what we know is missing from teacher training in general for plus size people and those with accessibility needs! Unfortunately, we often end up having to teach others just because we are different! But the point stands. We are all worthy.
