the fact that it took six and a half seasons/donās worst spiral yet/72 hours on meth to reveal the fact that he was a csa survivor is so genius i canāt even tell you. we know as early as the second episode of the season that he associates sylvia with aimee from the brothel. but itās not until the crash that we learn aimee was more than likely the first person to act at all motherly toward him however briefly, and that she raped him soon after. heās desperately trying to think of some way to win sylvia back and chasing this idea from an old ad he canāt quite remember. something for soup and no one knows what heās talking about. then he goes to that room full of their old ads and iām endlessly obsessed with how fake it looks this is literally just some weird recess of his fucked up mind.
he finds the ad heās looking for but itās not for soup itās oatmeal but we saw aimee feeding him soup while he was sick earlier in the episode and the woman in the drawing looks just like her and it says because you know what he needs.. he has never been crazier
then abigail viciously beats him screaming that heās dirty and disgusting and trash because of what aimee had done. sally doesnāt know anything about him because his past was so damaging that he lives every day trying to pretend none of it ever happened and how do you tell your kid anything like that. god.
