Happy to announce that my life has now achieved perfect balance! School has been going on steady pace and I have finally achieved part time status at work which allows me to do more things now. With all this time that I’ve gained back I am now able to enjoy the outdoors more often. Hiking places include Great Falls, Scotts Run, & Old Rag. It’s been a little cold to go on bike rides but I have been running multiple times. I am also able to invest more time with my track team. Not being with them on a weekly basis makes me very sad and unable to pass down my knowledge about track and field. Fortunately this season, I have more time to contribute as opposed to last season.
As far as my stress levels are concerned, they have been under control and I am happy to announce that I am mostly stress free. If it weren’t for my supportive friends and family I would have not ever achieved this level. They have shown me so different ways to destress as well as to enjoy life more often. It’s been a struggle to get this far, but I am very thankful that I am.
Overall, I have finally achieved the most desirable work life balance there is. My mission now is help those that are struggling with stress or just life in general. It’s not easy doing it alone, might as well offer the best support possible. Goodbye for now, till next time!
