i grew up as the only neurodivergent kid in the family and at my small catholic school but I never really felt like i belonged anywhere. this was even worse in hs because i went virtual up until last year when I graduated. all while this was happening i felt tethered to the woods. like i always knew i wanted to live there, even at a young age. i also saw myself as a creature fashioned into the shape of a human than an actual human.
as for what i am, i’m plant spirit kin (like the character in my pfp, that’s my sona.) part of why i just call myself a plant spirit is because i still can’t tell if i’m from an existing mythology or something else entirely. i used to think i was alcremiekin but now i’m unsure.
what are some games similar to botw, nier, and hollow knight? just games that involve you wandering in an open world alone?
