WHERE IS RUPERT
I opened this blog in April 2015. Then (actually even before) I saw phrases like “Where is Rupert?” “Rupert is suffering for his career”, “Rupert only driving his ice cream van ” It’s ironic because Rupert has more and various projects in an year (an exaple he made consecutively two play. He acts every day directly in front of the audience. Not bad for someone who has only the talent to drive his ice cream van) with great reviews. So, in the “Link section” I will put the link “Where is Rupert” for all those who base the skill and the career of an actor/actress by the number of magazines in which he/she appears or by the number of popular films in which he/she acts despite to read reviews or see if he/she has a small and unsignificant role. Maybe they will know something more professional and hard-working. I hope not too complicated. In this link I will write the Italian reviews of “Moonwalkers” (also mine). Strangely are all positive. Maybe Rupert offers them ice cream. Concentrate on the complexity of the role, pay attention to the difficulty of the film (not only if the movie is popular) , observed if the actor has a trivial and small role . The career of an actor/ actress can’t be judge by popularity of the film or by his/her costar/ director but by his/her role and interpretations.
Sorry I prefer Rupert who act in a small projects but for interesting , complex, and often lead roles than who acts in big film for a small and idiots roles.
