Didn’t Ryoken notice that a hug was the best way to warm Tsuki up? Either way, Tsuki would find himself slipping on the jacket, rubbing both of his arms. The way his breath turned white probably gave away how cold he was.

Had he ever mentioned to Ryōken when his birthday was? Or was this information Ryōken had found from his Link VRAINS account too? 

Tsuki wasn’t sure how to respond at first, blinking down at the gift Ryōken had gotten him. It looked as though someone had hit the pause button on time itself, because Tsuki wasn’t moving! That was, until he’d find himself smiling ever so slightly, waddling over to give Ryōken an affectionate head-butt which would turn into a half hug.
