Mondays are all about getting those greens in for an energy-full week πππΏβ¨ Dinner tonight was sautΓ©ed garlicky broccoli and peas with lots of spices, served with fluffy lemon basmati rice, alfalfa sprouts, sliced avocado and a sprinkle of cracked black pepper, paprika and fresh squeezed lemon. This is so simple and so delicious!
