Sneak peek into my meal prep for the week ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฅ This has become part of my Sunday routine. Spent a good amount of time in the Kitchen this afternoon prepping wholesome and veggie-packed recipes. I do this when I know I have a busy week ahead with a lot on my plate, which has been quite a lot lately. Roasted sweet potato, high-protein lupini beans, beet sauerkraut, sprouts on a bed of well-spinned / dryed lettuce. Seriously makes bomb satisfying daily lunch! โ๏ธ I plan my lunches + dinners + snacks. Topped with a scoop of coconut-based charcoal @nicecream, coconut shreds, dried black figs and the freckled trio aka dragon fruit balls. Excited to be sharing a ton of new things this week! Quartz Pink Smoothie Bowl ๐ธโจ๐ with the freckled trio, strawberry balls, strawberry chips and dehydrated coconut cubes! This bowl turned out so creamy and lush! This was breakfast! Happy Monday! ๐ โ๏ธ The Recipe: The Base is a blend of 2 frozen bananas, 1 cup of frozen raspberries, 1 Tbsp coconut cream, 2 Tbsp. of pomegranate powder. I shredded the bananas in a high speed food processor then blended with the rest of the ingredients in a blender until creamy. Topped it with melon-balled dragon fruit balls and melon-balled strawberries, dried strawberries and coconut cubes and garnish a with flower and dragon fruit balls. Will update the blog with my dehydrating tips and tricks! Enjoy! #TropicallyLina
