Page Thirty Four Super Adventure Box - Sunny Glade

Our adventure starts in Sunny Glade at an interrupted picnic. The music is chipper and the enemies less than hospitable. I’m nursing a few bruises, especially from the Queen Bee Dog. Her highness was not agreeable to posing peacefully for the camera. Luckily she didn’t damage the fathograph or Burr would never forgive me.

I can also inform you all that those eye beams from Lord Vanquish’s disembodied head sting worse than the discharge of static electricity off a golem’s power core. Ow.

Page Twenty Five Blazeridge Steppes

As it turns out, taking geographical direction advice from a ghostly necromancer who tortures children may have not been the wisest idea I have had upon this journey.

The electrifying branded areas are apparently effects from when the dragon Kralkatorrik awoke. At least that particular elder dragon is not around these parts anymore... however, a representative with the title of ‘The Shatterer‘ still is. After having recently run from one dragon I have found myself running from another. The time when I kept meeting royalty was much nicer.

Page Twenty Three Fireheart Rise

I have now reached Ascalon, far far away from beings of blistering cold. I leave the Kodan refugee’s behind as I start moving south.

There’s a lot of fire worshipping Charr here with interesting buildings. I am uncertain if their constructions are hollowed out mountains, or how they moved that large chunks of metal to the locations of their homes.

Page Fifteen Southsun Cove

Taking a detour to get a short vacation, an ill-considered agreement was made with the Consortium. Telling them about my close working connections with the travelling advisory council, they agreed on letting me go to their vacation resort at Southsun Cove in exchange for a good word about the area itself.

After I came to realize that the civil ‘disagreements‘ and MASSIVE MURDEROUS MONSTERS were everywhere on the islands, I returned, covered in karka egg goop, to request a return journey. Only to be informed that the contract only held a one way ticket and any return would require an extra fee.

This place is awful. It smells bad. The drinks are expensive. Monster roaming the country side. Massive monsters. With hard carapaces. And appetites for eating Asura. The sun is too hot. The air is thick with moisture. The beach magically removes your clothing and thus any protections against nature. There’s sharks in the water.

Thus my contractually obliged ‘good‘ word for the area is: It’s a very nice location to leave.

Page Nineteen Lornar’s Pass continuance

I have the utmost respect for the scientific exploration of past events. History has lessons of various sizes, but all important to learn from. Some mistakes made are important to remember and none to forget. The things we aren’t proud of should not be hidden away. There are still importance in them. Not all lessons are easy to see. That’s when we must look closer. Examine embarrassments every time one shows itself, and remember what went wrong for when something similar runs by.

Page Eighteen Lornar’s Pass

The Dredge are particularly sensitive to anything resembling scientific espionage. I was trying to convince them that I am attempting to document the world with my magnificent machine. But as they are blinder than I am, they could not see the astonishing fathographs. I was promptly marched out by subsonic noisemakers.

Not everyone appreciates true art, but if you are unable to see it? Perhaps this is not the audience I seek.

Page Thirteen Lions Arch

I have come to a conclusion that this guide of impressive Tyrian locale is outdated and filled with misinformation. As such, I’ve decided to terminate my association with this malpractice travelling guide. My evidence? LIONS ARCH LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES IN THE PAMPHLET!

The crushed expectations made me reconsider this whole experience, but spending some time at applying upgrades to the fathograph fabricator, I’ve decided to continue this for the sake of my peers. And send some of the fathographs made here to the travelling entourage to ensure that their next brochure will be more up to date!
