Straight from Missy's Magic Kitchen, say good morning to the cheeseburger quiche! Ingredients: 2 cups whole leaf fresh #spinach 1/2 lb. ground grass-fed #beef 1/2 cup reduced fat mozzarella 1 tbsp. ground Parmesan 3 egg whites 2 cage-free #eggs Onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste Brown ground beef in a skillet, then drain of grease and pat dry. Sauté spinach in a tiny bit of olive oil, then combine ingredients in a pie dish. Bake for 15 minutes at 400*, then for 25 minutes at 350*.
