This was legit my first reaction to the question:

Lilifred is flawless because she fucks up so often that it basically becomes a inverse equation that makes people buy her guns, booze and smokes schtick entirely.

Her childhood isn't actually very interesting. She was orphaned at a young age and raised in a human orphanage, which means that she can't speak her people's own language and other gnomes make fun of her because she doesn't have the word 'Cog' or 'Sprocket' in her name. The orphanage matron made her go to church a lot where she had to wear impossibly cute pigtails and developed a hatred of religion that she pretends has philosophical underpinnings. Her first boyfriend was a dwarf who turned out to be gay and she learned how to gamble from goblin pirates because she had a rebellious streak and fancied herself ~~morally ambiguous~~. They thought she had a sexy nose.

You can easily woo Lilifred if you possess the following attributes:

PURE AND RIVETING MASCULINITY

a strong moral fiber

Her childhood was notably more eventful in her original incarnation where she got ate died at the age of eleven defending her twin brother from zombies.

He likes to imagine (with vaguely incestuous overtones) that she would have grown into a noble and courageous woman - indeed, a flawless woman. The spectre of his hero sister looms large (and vaguely incestuously) over his entire life.

Lilifred actually has no idea whether she's hot or not. Literally no concept. She has suspicions, but no one has ever reliably confirmed them one way or another.
