They were discovered by scientists and classified as extraterrestrial Pokémon. Ligray converses in a modified Morse code. Using its three colored fingers, it can telepathically relay what it is thinking, and even manipulate the minds of the weak-willed. Using special beams, they can shape-shift their target to their will.
