I trained my back and biceps after work last night 💪 but I didn’t like any of my pictures. I tried adding these the other day but they *blurrified*way too much after posting. We shall try them again! Small victories but i made my way to the dumbbell area and did bicep curls, hammer curls, and barbell rows in the weights area. & you know what? Nobody was paying attention to me. Yesterday’s early morning leg day continuation! I couldn’t sleep so I went to the gym around 3:40 am. I wanted to really work my legs and glutes hard so I worked em again! Started the week off strong with a positive & successful day at work. Then pushed hard after work. I usually avoid Monday evenings at the gym, but I relaxed before work so I knew that I would feel guilty if I skipped after for no reason. Skipping for recovery is one thing but I wouldn’t have had an excuse. I got over some of my gym fears and used the cable areas even with crowds of youngins all around 😂 then also found an empty spot in the classroom for myself.
