I love sourdough bread. A lot. My wife has a sourdough starter in the fridge all the time, and she bakes me home-made sourdough bread that is to die for. I also love beer, in case you missed that. Lighthouse actually partnered with a local farm to make this beer that is full of traditional sourdough bread making ingredients. Unfortunately it tastes more like pears.
