Solomon is a rather academic man; this is of course to say that he’s willing to find out the answers to most things without issue and even if the answer was not something he expected, he’s rather willing to accept whatever that answer is. HOWEVER there are still a few things that he still simply can’t figure out. One of those things ( because I’ll answer my second perplexes ask in a bit ) is why people insist on changing the subject when he offers to cook. Whenever he eats his own cooking it taste perfectly fine and normal, but if he attempts to share with other people most usually they pale and decline with whatever excuse is more convenient for them at the time.
IN REALITY — this is because while he food is visually very nice to look at it is basically inedible. Worse about this is that it’s not a specific problem like all of his foods being too salty or something along those lines, but almost every dish itself has it’s own set of issues that range from being overcooked, to being over seasoned or even occasionally under. Despite this however he eats it with no problem and doesn’t see what the big deal is…

Lux, as Ysayle had come to know was her name, was a woman who belonged in the light. They were simply out venturing, as they had agreed to check out this ‘Fantasy kea’ together, and Ysayle could not help but admire how the woman shone as gold in the warm light she was shrouded in. She was almost distracted by how odd this supposed ‘large shopping complex’ was going to be- especially to someone like her, who was rather unfamiliar with the concept. The building in question was in view, closer and closer by the step. Ysayle breaks the comfortable silence that had existed between them as they walked- they had spoken at first, but chatter had drifted off- and her tone was soft, to not break such serenity.
