Gluten Free Bread Taste Test from L to R : A) whole foods brand. . B)Walmart store bought Schar Brand . . C) Canyon bake house. The WINNER? I was surprised but most definitely B! The whole foods brand taste grainy like your eating a paperbag, canyon bake house was pretty good but still had that weird texture. The Schar brand tasted really good with the consistency of real bread except for the oily residue feeling on your pallet after chewing it for a bit. All loafs were about 7.99 a loaf here in Hawaii but I think I know which one I'll be going with from here out.
