During research about Latvian minority in Lithuania, Latvian Student delecation have given a bronze plate to professor A.Butkus (He was a professor in Vytautas Magnus University, back then it was called Lithuanian University) back in 1930s and it was written in Latvian: " Same blood and same spirit are uniting us. Latvian students 1932." If this is not brotherhood, then I don't know what it is.
