basically what i do is sketch out one pose, then i copy it and flip it, and then i just erase the inside lines and change it so its a back or side view?? one of the art youtubers i watch gave a really good tutorial on how to do it (its under the guise of “how to design cute characters” but she also shows how to actually make the ref sheet too... i think this is the video:
