Day 13 - Libang Linggo
Self-care is putting on a face mask after a long and stressful day. Nothing rejuvinates me more than wearing a face mask and lying down for 10-15 minutes while I wait for it to absorb. While waiting, I watch Youtube videos or a series that I like on Netflix while laying down so I can achieve full relaxation. This can be done every weekend as a reward to myself for finishing another hectic week at school
