Tim Ahern at Cheryl and Brianโs wedding ๐๐๐

.
At Cherylโs request, Dale and Kay made their way over to spend time with Lee and Tim.
โHi!โ Tim greeted them. โUh Lee, you remember Dale?โ
โYes,โ Dale replied, shaking hands with the dapper reporter.
โHi,โ Lee replied, shyly, turning towards Kay. Dale got the hint.
โThis is Kay Walters,โ he introduced her. โUmm, Lee is an extraordinary journalist,โ he explained to Kay. โYou might have seen his footage from Tiananmen Square.โ
โYes, I did, and it looked terrifying,โ Kay acknowledged, and it indeed was.
โCan I get anyone a drink?โ Dale offered, and Lee said โyes.โ
โIโll come with you,โ Tim replied, turning to Lee. โIโll be right back.
Leaving their partners to chat, Tim kept a step behind Dale at the drinks table. They accepted their drinks from Cherylโs dad, thanking him, and Dale gave his a good swig.
โHey, ummโฆโ Tim whispered. โIโm starting to think this might be a bit of a mistake, bringing Lee.โ
โWell, itโs brave,โ Dale shared, downing another gulp, and Tim glanced down.
โIs it too brave?โ Tim asked Dale.
Dale paused for a moment, considering his response.
โNo.โ He replied, and before they could say anything else, Brian had brought his family over to Dale, and everyone was keen to make and keep good impressions.
