hello there -- if you’ve edited the theme it really depends what you’ve done... O_O - a horizontal scroll bar usually appears when you’ve changed the width or position of posts, without changing the container to suit or taking into account any padding.  so that’s probably the first thing to check!  the ‘diagonal’ slant to your posts also means that you’ve probably deleted a by accident, or maybe added in an extra one somewhere - i think checking for a misplaced div should solve that one! :3
