Bloo's true, infernal name is Lyssa.
The name comes from Ancient Greek, after the minor goddess of rage, fury, and rabies, known for driving heros and their loyal pets mad with murderous rage.
In my opinion, Levistus better embodies treachery or fraud. The fact that Stygia is a frozen wasteland similar to Judecca in Dante's Inferno also bolsters this idea. Still able to carry out his machinations while trapped in ice, he symbolizes covert treachery.
Bloo/Lyssa is a personification of ferocious, overt treachery.
