If I am canon adherant, I think of Victor as the type to still try to hold onto morality in some way, he has just been desensitized to murder since he had no choice, and due to Vincent's philosophy. Like with some quotes in Chapter 3:

Victor: "The moment you choose revenge, you are no longer different from your enemies."

...

Vincent: "I believe the world is in equilibrium. A dynamic equilibrium. And eventually, you will realize that good and evil are but two changing rhythms."

Vincent has, in chapter 4 aswell, shown that he has essentially let go of his morality, because he sees himself as beyond saving and now only cares about getting revenge. Of course, to a certain degree, Victor also likely feels that way about himself, but I feel that not as much as Vincent.

Vanora: "You're not as noble as you think, you're just like any other despicable criminal!"

V?in?ce?nt: "Ha, haha... Vanora, do you really think I don't realize that? Do you think I care about that? Nothing will stop my revenge... just like how nothing will let you escape."

Because of this, I imagine that Vincent is the one more likely to commit noncon, if it is in his own interests. If he ever felt like using Draco in that way, he would do it in a heart beat; after all, Draco is just a tool to him, someone he already doesn't want to see as a person.

Draco that I find particularly delicious. Of course he may love him, but at the end of the day, Vincent is still very clearly learning how to connect with others, Victor being an exception person in this facade of his — But Draco is not.

Draco is a by-product of their love, and a clear example of what their ideas can create, a genius' momento, but not a child, or at least one he's naturally attached to; this is a cute little scientific success wearing his beloved's face and voice, acting his personality, but nothing else - That is why Draco is a butler.

Victor has most likelt made Vincent love Draco a bit more, but at the end of the day he sees the boy as less of a human to some degree, even less than him (which since becoming a cyborg, is not a lot), he's more of a pet worth entertaining and showing love to that something all-too-lovable.

I have used a halfway date calculator and found out that, due to the fact that vincent and victor were both born in the year 2054, and draco was created in the year 2084, THEIR MIDPOINT YEAR IS 2069 😭😭😭 LMAO

In this case, though I believe Draco was truly 'born' on the 15th of May, due to the fact that that's when Vincent spoke about his eyes (and in that sense, is when Draco first opened his eyes), his bday is still a bit ambiguous, so I decided to apply a 7th-15th of May date range to each ship (this also sorta makes a five day "week" for each ship hehe)
