Dear mam, @famesaoirse I asked da to write this, because I'm still learning how to hold my head up, so it might be a while until I master the art of writing for myself. I just wanted to thank you for being the best parent ever (sorry, da), and giving me so many cuddles and tummy tickles. I can't wait to get a bit older so I can enjoy them even more. Dear Earl of Leicester,

I do hope this letter gets to you safely. It was brought to my attention in the midst of your absence that I must marry to ensure my Kingdom has an heir to my throne. The decision to do so has brought grave sickness upon me. I have never fought my council tooth and nails as I have these past days. I can’t seem to make a decision and the decision making has become harder with the lack of my trustworthy, faithful, and most dear friend.

On the horizon, there is a war to be proclaimed and I haven’t a mere clue as to where I stand in it all. I never particularly realized how much easier it is to ponder the request of my council when I am in the presence of you. I am summonsing you back to my Kingdom, back to the place where you belong my dear friend. There is work to be done, and it only stands the chance of being completed when you are near.

One of my favorite days of the year! It’s another Valentine’s Day loving you. When we met (almost a decade ago!) I had no idea you would end up being the love of my life. I had no idea I would want to spend the rest of my life with you. I had no idea you would become my heart walking around outside of my body.

That’s really what you are to me. You’re my whole world, and I just don’t know what I would do without you. I know this Valentine’s Day looks different with you being on vacation, but that doesn’t bother me. I know you’ve had fun and you’ll be home to me soon. And I’ll be patiently waiting for you.

I don’t remember what life was like before you, and I never want to know a life without you in it. You’re it for me. I just want you to know that I love you and I would be nothing without you. You know me better than I know myself, and I know the same for you.

I never want to make these things too long, but you know my heart. You know how I feel without me even saying too much. I’m so excited to see what the rest of this year brings us. I’m excited to spend time with you. I want to watch movies, FaceTime, sleepovers, I want to hold your hand again. I want to do so many things with you.

I’m so happy to know you. I’m so happy to love you. I’m happy I’m the one by your side, and you’re by mine. I want to grow old with you, I want to die next to you. I love you more than I have the words for, but here I’ve tried. Happy Valentine’s Day my beautiful baby.

Dear Saoirse, @famesaoirse Was sorta hoping this would be the way I'd announce booking Darcy, but the news got out too early. Rude bastards. Ye remind me a lot of Liz - strong willed, don't stand for any shite, know what ye want and what ye deserve, and have an intelligence and wit beyond yer years. Except I hopefully wasnae dumb as fuck like Darcy, and relentlessly flirted with yer pretty much the moment we met. Great move on my part. He missed a trick there. In all seriousness, I truly feel lucky to call ye my wife. Ye may not be 'perfect', but you're perfect to me. Couldnae fault ye. Even yer inhumanly cold hands on me back when I'm trying to kip.
